Here are the smallest possible things I can think of that make me happy.
- The way my fingers feel on the keyboard. Flat. Easy to press down. Little click sounds as I go. they remind me of this toy my kids played with a long time ago that had cushiony sponges under each letter and when you pressed the button a lid flipped open to reveal the object that went with whatever letter of the alphabet was there.
- The sound of my cat’s paw pads bouncing down the steps
- The hum of the dishwasher
- The distant sound…
